Question by Evil Independent: Why have We the People and all of the various states allowed the federal government to ignore the?
US Constitution? The Constitution clearly outlines the functions of the three branches of the federal government and the 10th amendment leaves all other powers to the states and the people. How did we get to the point of the federal government mandating health insurance, auto insurance, MediCare, Social Security, income taxes,…ad naseum?

A Business Owner Policy, also referred to as BOP is an insurance contract which combines quite a few key coverages needed by a business owner in one package. A Business Owner Policy is primarily consisting of and from two main coverages; (1) Property Coverage, on buildings and business property, besides, (2) the Commercial General Liability coverage, also called CGL. Besides that the two major coverages there are new basic coverages automatically awarded by just about all Business Owners Policies, such as: Crime Coverage (robberies or safe burglary) and employee dishonesty (stealing or misappropriations made by staff), outside business signs, together with lost income due to covered loss.Few BOPs may give the probability to add additional coverages for more premium money. The additional coverages can contain professional liability , automobile liability insurance on cars operated but not owned by the businessowner or employees for business pursuit – an insurance labeled Hired and Non Owend Auto-, employment practices coverage, Directors and Officers , flood insurance and more. In accordance with the extra risks the owner of the business might want to realize, a business owner and the insurance company can make arrangements on additional ingredients to be added the initial package. On the other side a Commercial Package Policy also called CPP, is a “collection of few ‘monoline’ insurance agreements”. Commercial Package Policy is a custom-made insurance package which features two or more coverages preferred by the business owner. A Commercial Package Policy might possibly incorporate only commercial general liability and building , for instance; or as another instance, commercial liability and business content; without the special coverages presented by the business owner policy such as business interruption, or crime insurance. These excess coverages can be inserted to the Commercial Package Policy but at extra premiums, not like the BOP. The gross premiums for the CPP is the sum for all the monoline coverages enclosed in the package, with certain rate discount issued.BOPs were at the start invented in the mid 70s and have turn out to be a notably standard form of insurance for small-scale to middle sized establishments. BOPs unite selected number of the basic coverages wanted by a conventional small or medium business into a standard policy at a premium that is usually less than would be necessary to by these coverages individually, as in a Commercial Package Policy. Owners of businesses also favor the simple character of the Business Owner Policy compared to buying a variety of smaller policies. The efficiency also sounds good to insurance providers and enables them to provide a lesser premium for the policy.BOPs are not given to all types of businesses. According to its ‘appetite’, an insurance carrier may or may not be inclined to underwrite BOPs for some enterprises. For example, Insurer X may be eager to provide Business Owner Policies for tobacco businesses this year, while Insurer Y may not be open to provide BOPs to the same type of businesses, but would rather be open to provide only Commercial Package Policies. In the future, things could be the opposite, and in the long run there is a chance that either one company will be underwriting any Business Owner Policy or Commercial Package Policy for this set of business.

Because this it was happens when your government no longer runs things for the people and instead runs it for big business. It would take another revolution to get this country back in shape. The way it stands now our elected officials at almost every level are all about making their buddies rich and could care less about the majority of the people.

It has happened over time. More and more political figures with liberal minded agendas to ‘help those that cannot do it themselves” (when it should be too lazy to do it themselves) got into power and they want to be the nice politician and help the little guy. The thing is, it is like the health care bill, it isn’t sustainable. The more money that was coming into the Federal Gov meant more power of the purse over the nation.
If we push for the Fair Tax that takes away that power and gives it back tot he people (that is why so many of the liberals are against it).
FDR did not mean for welfare to be a way of life. It was a quick fix, a way to help citizens at the time. Everything you mentioned is unconstitutional. The federal government is only supposed to support expenditures that promote the general welfare. Roads, sanitation, libraries fall into that category. The feds are usurping State’s rights and we are steadily electing officials who proudly proclaim they are going to continue to rid us of our civil liberties.
We are comfortable and lazy but i must stress are constitutional rights are being ripped away right under are nose.It is time for a revolution i think lets get the shotguns out and storm wall st,London and Tokyo all the financial centres of the world.
Congress only has one article that they are allowed to make laws under. The article in the Constitution that gives them their right is the “interstate commerce” clause. Meaning that anything that affects more than one state, is liable to have law made by congress. This goes back to interstate travel and segregation in restaurants and hotels. Unfortunately the constitution is very vague with this part of the constitution and allows congress to do whatever they want.
